Three double bedrooms (one en-suite). Sleeps 2-6. Accommodation over two levels:
First floor - Well equipped breakfasting kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob & oven, microwave and all necessary utensils. Family bathroom with bath and shower.
Large lounge/dining room with quality furniture - dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and 2 arm chairs, television, DVD player and Hi-Fi/ CD player. Lovely views to Fingal's Seat and village centre.
Second floor - Three comfortable double bedrooms, built-in mirrored wardrobes. Exceptionally large master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The apartment is centrally heated thoughout. Linen and towels provided. No extra charge for electricity.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment.
From £595 per week (with reduction for 1 bedroom occupancy.)
Guests have the option of paying by bank transfer or by cheque as we do not have facilities for accepting card payments.
A deposit of £50 is required with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival, within 4 weeks the full amount would be payable.
