LICENCE NO:- HI-30637-F

Your accommodation will be ready from 4pm on the day of your arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 8pm please let us know so we can make sure someone is at reception to welcome you, show you around and give you keys.

We ask that guests vacate the accommodation by 10am on the last day of their stay.

Our caravans and bunkhouses are let on a weekly basis (usually Saturday to Saturday).

Short term lets may be available during quiet periods, please contact us.

The letting of the accommodations is only to those named on the booking form. The names of all guests staying must be stated upon booking. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years.

The number of guests staying in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum:
Blaven caravan - 4
Redhills caravan - 5
Marble Hollow - 10
Marble House - 10

The let is for holiday purposes only. Subletting of the property is prohibited.

Pets are welcome - by arrangement. Please contact us with details of your pet before booking. We do not charge extra for pets on the basis that pet owners ensure no additional cleaning is required, waste is properly disposed of, dogs are supervised at all times and no damage is done to the accommodation. Under no circumstances are pets to be left inside unattended. The owners reserve the right to charge for repairs to damage or extra cleaning required. Please note: Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept dogs under 12 months.

All our accommodations are strictly non-smoking.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

The contract will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable deposit required to be paid at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 10 working days after the initial booking then the chosen dates will revert to "available status".

The balance of the payment must be made upon arrival. This can be by cash or cheque. Alternatively, the balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer.

In the event of cancellation by the customer it may be possible for the deposit paid to be held open in case of future bookings. If cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks in advance then the entire deposit will be forfeited.

If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date the FULL cost of the booking must be paid. Please contact Paul and Becky as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason.

If, for some unforeseen circumstances, the accommodation cannot be made available for the period booked, all monies paid by the hirer will be refunded with no further claims against the owners. It is strongly recommended that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance. Travellers who have been instructed to cancel (rather than taking the decision themselves) may be able to claim on their travel insurance depending on their level of cover. Travel insurance is always advised in winter months.

COVID addendum: Any bookings that need to be cancelled due to Covid are subject to negotiation if cancelled as a result of Government advice (eg Lockdown, isolation period, multiple household limits etc.) Any monies paid could be transferred to an alternative date, held open in case of a future booking or refunded in full. Please contact Paul and Becky to discuss.

Method of Payment

DEPOSIT:Bank transfer (BACS), online payment or cheque made payable to 9 TORRIN HOLIDAYS.

BALANCE: Cash, cheque or bank transfer/online payment.
