The self catering apartment at Shiloh is a recently completed extension to our own house. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely self contained. Built and furnished to a very high standard with stunning views over Broadford Bay and surrounding islands of Pabay and Raasay.

Shiloh is situated on the main road 5 miles from the Skye Bridge in the township of Breakish, close to Broadford, the 2nd largest village on the Isle of Skye where you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Accomodation

Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, ceramic hob, slow cooker microwave oven and dishwasher. The sitting room area has 2 sofas, one of which is a deluxe sofa bed, 32" LCD TV, full sky sports sat. TV, dvd player and iPod docking station. Wifi is available throughout.

Upstairs you will find lovely bright double bedroom with en-suite facilities consisting of power shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Downstairs there is also a 2nd toilet and wash hand basin and washing machine.

The views are lovely from Shiloh. You can enjoy some amazing sunsets from the bedroom and sitting room windows or take it all in from the raised decking area at the front of the apartment.

All linen and towels will be provided and electricity is included in the rental price.
Shiloh is non smoking throughout and no pets are allowed.

Cot and highchair are available on request.

June 450
July & August 500
September & October 450
November & December (upto 21st Dec) 400
Christmas and New Year 500

Rates are based on a 7 night stay. Shorter stays are possible depending on availability (minimum stay 3 night).

Payments and Cancellations

A deposit of 100 is payable within 7 days of booking and the remainder is due 4 weeks before stay.
Should a cancellation be made by the client, we will seek to re-let the apartment for the period of hire. Should we be successful in doing this we will refund all monies paid less a handling and re-advertising charge of 20 per weeks booked. If we don't succeed in reletting Shiloh all payments made will be forfeited to us.

Directions

From the Skye Bridge drive 5 miles towards Broadford. Shiloh is well signposted on the left hand side of the road.

From the Mallaig ferry, drive north towards Broadford. At the junction with the A87, turn right. We a less than a mile along, on the right hand side.
