New House, Old Corry is a modern, spacious cottage nestling under Ben na Caileach (Hill of the old woman), offering a tranquil setting with peaceful views across to Broadford. There is an enclosed garden, with lots of parking space.

Broadford itself, only 2 miles away, provides a number of places to eat out, shops, bank, hospital and even a vet. The cottage is ideally suited to anyone looking for a base for a quiet holiday on the Isle of Skye with easy access to good walking, hiking, boat trips, fishing trips, etc.

Pets welcome (on lead at all times if outside the garden in Old Corry, due to live-stock).

Tariff

2006 March £? per week. April/May £? per week. June £? per week. July £? per week. August £? per week. September £? per week. October £? per week. The tariff includes electricity, fuel, bed linen and towels.

Terms and Conditions

• The cottage is let on weekly terms, from 4pm one Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.
• A reservation is regarded as binding only when:
  • Reservations are confirmed in writing
  • A deposit of £50.00 per week is received
  • Written acknowledgement is made by the owner of New House, Old Corry
• Balance of booking payments are due no later than 21 days before arrival.
• On cancellation of the rental by the tenant the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs giving less than 8 weeks notice the full rental cost due will be payable. We will make every reasonable effort to secure a replacement tenant. If successful the rental, minus the deposit payment, will be repaid to the tenant. Tenants are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation; this insurance is available from a variety of insurers inexpensively.
• Tenants are responsible for all breakages in or on the premises, and all loss and damage to the premises arising during their occupancy. Tenants must in the first instance notify the owners of any damage or loss.
• The purpose of this lease is to confer on the tenant the right to occupy the dwelling for a holiday and for no other purpose.

How to Find New House, Old Corry

From the Skye Bridge, the Mallaig to Armadale ferry, or the Glenelg to Kyle Rhea ferry, head for Broadford and continue through the village on the A87, heading towards Portree.

About one mile after leaving Broadford, take the turning on the left signposted for Old Corry.

New House is about one mile along this road, down a driveway on the left hand side.
