Fresh Loch Eishort mussels, quickly cooked in the wok with white wine and garlic.


Squat lobster tails out of their shells and introduced to our own Marie Rose sauce, laced with a soupcon of brandy cream.

King scallops, (dived for by Bob), lightly grilled and drizzled with a fennel and garlic butter sauce.


A medley of Skye's finest seafood prepared in a delicate source Newburg and kept cosy in a tarragon crepe.

Prime saddle of Highland venison thinly cut then seared on the griddle and moistened with a juniper and red wine jus.
