Fernlea is a certified 4 Star Scottish Tourist Board Traditional Bed and Breakfast situated in the most accessible area on the Isle of Skye, and is close to all amenities.
It is the ideal place for exploring Isle of Skye and the Highlands, including Eilean Donan Castle, Cullins and Fairy Pools. With breath taking sea views across the water to the islands of Raasay, Scalpay, Pabay and Crowlin. You can also find a quiet sandy beach just 5 minutes away.

We have 4 bedrooms each named after nearby islands, prices vary from £79.00 per night.
All rooms have kettles with tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. TV with built in free view, Hairdryer, towels and wifi.
Check in from 4.30pm to 8.00pm only. Daily check out by 10am.
Breakfast is included and is served between 7.30am and 9.30am. A traditional breakfast is provided if you have any specific dietary requirements please contact me prior to arrival to ensure that we can accommodate.
Booking can be made direct via contact details below or online (freetobook). Deposit of £50 required at time of booking. Cancellations within 48hours prior to arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
Fernlea is not suitable for children under 10 years old as there is a large pond on the grounds.
No cooking, eating or red wine is allowed in the bedrooms.
No wet clothing or muddy dirty boots is to be left in the bedrooms, a drying room is provided.
Towels are not to be removed from the property.

Via the Skye Bridge
Cross the bridge. Turn right at the roundabout. Travel north on the A87 towards Broadford for 4.5 miles. Fernlea is signposted on the left hand side of the road, immediately by a triangular shaped road sign indicating left hand bend. The house is elevated at the end of the drive.
Via Armadale Ferry
Travel up the A851 towards Broadford. Turn right onto the A87. After approximately 3 miles once you have passed the Red Skye Restaurant, Fernlea is signposted on the right hand side of the road. The house is elevated at the end of the drive.
