Nestling in a private crescent, only 100 metres from the main road going through the island and with beautiful views over Broadford Bay and beyond to the Wester Ross hills, Birnam is the ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Skye.

Whether you are interested in climbing, hill-walking, walking, nature, photography, castles or simply enjoying the magnificent scenery, you will find plenty to occupy you during the day and you will be able to relax in the evening in our large feature lounge with panoramic views.

Birnam is centrally located in Broadford, within walking distance of all amenities in the village, including Hotels, Restaurants, Shops, Bank, Laundry, etc.

We offer two well equipped, comfortable bedrooms:

• One double room with en-suite.
• One twin with en-suite.

Both the rooms are furnished to a high standard and have colour television and tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryers.

No pets.

Location

Via the Skye Bridge

Cross the bridge. Turn right at the roundabout. Travel north on the A87 towards Broadford for 7 miles. Continue through the village of Broadford till you pass the petrol station (on your right). The entrance to Bayview Crescent is a hundred metres further along, on the left, between the Church of Scotland and the Police Station. Birnam is the first house on the crescent on the left hand side.

Via Armadale Ferry

Travel up the A851 towards Broadford. Turn left onto the A87 towards Broadford, then proceed as above.
