3 Breckery is a traditional croft cottage circa 1870, in the township of Culnacnoc on the Trotternish peninsular of the Isle of Skye, approximately 13 miles north of Portree.

The cottage enjoys unrestricted views over the surrounding countryside - southwards to the Old Man of Storr and eastwards over the Sound of Raasay, Isle of Rona and the Torridon Hills - and has two bedrooms, a dining kitchen, lounge and bathroom (with shower over bath).

The cottage is heated by electricity, which is charged via a £1 slot meter.

Accommodation

The lounge is equipped with three-piece suite, colour television and electric fire.

The dining kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, automatic washing machine, fridge, microwave oven and ironing facilities. Outside drying facilities only.

Both bedrooms are equipped with one single and one double bed. Bed linen is provided; towels are not. A baby's cot is situated on the landing.

There is ample car parking at the property; a lean-to shed provides good storage for bicycles etc.

There is a large safe garden, which is ideal for young children. The cottage stands within a dry-stone wall which in turn stands within a stob and wire fenced boundary.

There are no immediate neighbours - the two buildings either side of the cottage are barns.

The Glenview Hotel, with full restaurant facilities, is less than one-quarter mile away.
